The leasing team—Kirt, Wenda, and Tanja—are true professionals who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. They took the time to address all my questions and ensure I felt at home. I have lived at Avion for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say.
This has become my home, the management is absolutely fantastic, they care about the property and the residents. They take pride in hosting amazing events every month, they lay attention to detail, the staff all around is very friendly and attentive. I love waking up every morning and having a cup of coffee staring at my view from my balcony. This property is pet friendly, they also have hosted events for pets... which is really nice. I was invited to a private event at Avion Riverwalk last weekend and instantly fell in love with the community! The amenities, and the prime location in the plaza—where everything is just steps away—truly make it stand out. Luxury living with amazing views! I've been living here for 6 months and absolutely love it. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. The gym is great, and it even has a sauna. The staff has been so helpful and always organizes fun events for us. Highly recommend!

Living here has been a great experience. I renewed my lease recently for another year, and I must say that ever since Maya took over as the manager of the building, you can see the improvements. Some residents are complainers and will leave a bad review just because they did not get their way. However, Tanja is excellent organizing events along with Maya. Wenda and Kirt are very helpful every time you go into the office. The cleanliness of the building has improved significantly, when the new... team came last year. The amenities at Avion are spectacular, none of the building in the area have a concierge, which makes Avion stand out from the rest. The finishes of the apartment are very luxurious. Aside from Avion being my home for the past year and a half, it is a great community to live at. I feel like I am at a 5 star resort every day. We are so close to the beach, that you do not need a car to get there. Watching the yachts on the intracoastal is one of my favorite things, it is very relaxing.
