Best Luxury Property in Boynton Beach
Living here has been a great experience. I renewed my lease recently for another year, and I must say that ever since Maya took over as the manager of the building, you can see the improvements. Some residents are complainers and will leave a bad review just because they did not get their way. However, Tanja is excellent organizing events along with Maya. Wenda and Kirt are very helpful every time you go into the office. The cleanliness of the building has improved significantly, when the new... team came last year. The amenities at Avion are spectacular, none of the building in the area have a concierge, which makes Avion stand out from the rest. The finishes of the apartment are very luxurious. Aside from Avion being my home for the past year and a half, it is a great community to live at. I feel like I am at a 5 star resort every day. We are so close to the beach, that you do not need a car to get there. Watching the yachts on the intracoastal is one of my favorite things, it is very relaxing. I highly recommend this community for anyone searching for luxury, good customer service. Al the employees at the building are phenomenal, the maintenance crew is always responsive.
