Emergencia bien atendida

Mi familia y yo estuvimos visitando a mi hermana y tuvo que llamar a que vinieran de emergencia hacer una reparación y Luis llegó bien pronto. Muy educado y atento. Hizo su trabajo y dejó todo organizado.

Stay Away

Its a dog crap infested, weed smoke, hell hole. Non-residents dominate the pool area and management doesn't care.
It ain't pretty, it just looks that way.
Stay away!!!

Don't do it!

This place made a ton of false promises when we pre-leased before they opened. That was my fault for believing them. They advertise being pet friendly but far from it and one bark from a dog will get you threatened with evictions. They have bullied me and harassed me for several months forcing me out so they can flip my unit and get more money from it. I am not ther wealthy luxury resident that they were hoping to have live here. They are desperately trying to fill their empty units as this... community did no turn out as planned.

We are sorry for your perception of this serious situation. The Gate is a pet friendly environment for all that live here. Pet owners have a responsibility to their pet(s) as well as the other residents. We have an obligation to all residents to... enforce the pet guidelines. Unfortunately, with this situation, you have allowed your pets to urinate inside the apartment home, and the odor was affecting the residents living in close proximately to you, as well as employees, vendors, and the like. We have been more than accommodating in helping you correct this problem to no avail. Please know that we are always willing to discuss this matter with you in person.

Horrible

They harass people and makes sure they get every penny they can with all the extra fees. They hate dogs so be careful with your fur babies. While living here I was taking a nap in my apartment and a guy unlocked my door and walked in to change the air filter good thing my dogs are friendly.

Strict

I get notes on my door about a new rule every day. These people that work at The Gate watch your every move and some of them actually live their and they make sure they leave a note about fines and they have been trying to kick us out since day one. I've lived here since they have opened and the elevators are terrible (don't work or really really...slow) .
