The onboarding process was awesome and we were hopeful the entire experience would reflect that. Since we moved in, we haven’t been able to get in touch with the office, we’ve have left messages with no return call, never got a checklist for the apartment, and have had multiple issues with various things in the apartment. We just kind of feel forgotten about.
