No, I wouldn’t recommend this property to other people based on the decentralized management model/resident service center and the poor customer experience it causes.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback with us. We regret to hear there have been some aspects of your time at our community that have had a negative impact on your overall experience and would like to provide some insight on... what you shared in your review.
Our team is on site to assist with move-ins and any other needs four days out of the week as opposed to the previous schedule of being open six days a week, however we are always still available via phone, email, and text. Our service team is always on site so they can assist whenever any needs arise, and the centralized contact center you mentioned is still our regular office phone number, only there are different prompts for accessing resident services, applications, or any other inquiries.
If you’d ever like to discuss your experience further or if you have any other concerns, please always feel welcome to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you and turn your experience around.

Our apartment and process with Cortland Bayside has been amazing thus far. The staff is amazing and Peggy especially was a great help - from 3 months prior to move in to now. Highly recommend this apartment for numerous reasons!
