A lot of the rules and agreements have changed since moving in. A lot more restrictions on common areas keeping us from enjoying it with our guests that we didn’t expect but it has been good I guess.

Things have been great!! I appreciate the help from the staff and maintenance team. It would be great to have the dog run and the surrounding area cleaned a bit more. Also, ask tenants to clean up after themselves when grooming their dogs inside the run instead of just leaving the hair on the ground.

Overall good! Nice staff! Good units! I would love to see more residents getting fined or kicked out for 1) smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their balconies 2) leaving dog poop everywhere.

To address this, residents found violating these rules may face fines of up to $500 and, in more serious or repeated cases, lease termination. Whenever a concern is reported, and we can identify the responsible party, the matter is addressed promptly and directly.
