Community shows a lot of appreciation to tenants . Complex stays very clean around common used areas. Maintenance team does well job of handling issues in timely manner.

Let me start by saying I love the building & have lived here since the building opened. Any time I’ve needed a maintenance issue attended to the maintenance staff has been wonderful & several of the office staff have been wonderful as well. However, in the few years I’ve lived here I had an issue with my AC unit 3x. All 3 times the office was quick to respond & provided me with a temporary unit while parts were being ordered. The frustrating part is that the same piece broke each time - most... recently within 6 months of the last time it needed to be fixed. I appreciated the quick response of the office and the maintenance team, however for a brand new building & the amount of money we pay in rent it really shouldn’t be happening so frequently and if so, some type of reimbursement on rent or compensation would be appreciated. Other than the AC issue, I can’t say enough about the building/community - the property & amenities are well kept, location is great, & apartments are spacious.

Great experience from start to finish! When walking into the building Chris was amazing like the rest do the staff that greeted us! Chris walked us through the entire process giving us step by step instructions! Definitely will recommend!
