Modera Douglas Station is a modern building with excellent amenities and a convenient location. The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and feature quality finishes. The management and maintenance teams are usually responsive to requests. Additionally, common areas like the pool, gym, and coworking spaces are well-maintained. Overall, it’s a good option for living in the area.
