The community is very friendly. Staff are great. Amenities are well kept and renewal process is easy. Barely any noise and they have Peloton available.

Clean, amenities are well kept most of the time. Weekly hallway carpet cleaning. Community is pet friendly. Renewal process is easy and renewal prices are not crazy.

Lots of natural lighting

I did a virtual tour and I like the open space concept and all the natural lighting that shines through in the apartment. I also like that there's washer and dryer in the apartment. Kudos to Charles because he knows I am looking to relocate for the new year.
