FANTASTIC staff and maintenance workers. The grounds are kept as clean as possible but struggle due to a handful of non-compliant tenants when it comes to picking up after their dogs.

IF you require handicapped parking, or have elderly family wishing to visit, this is NOT the place for you. Many current, fully physically abled, tenants deliberately occupy handicap designated spots. The level of respect here is non-existent. Consider somewhere else.

I have had a good experience living here. The community is clean and quiet. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is friendly. I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

Love the area . Wish the gym was bigger . Dog park needs some love and attention . Neighbors are great . Love the small gatherings that happen it's great meeting everyone .

I love living at the sheridan ocean club, the staff are always very helpful and the maintenance staff is super quick. I just happily renewed my lease!

Great maintenance team, management responsive. Unfortunately the dog park is not usable and the area floods often, including the entrance. Storm drain maintenance should be executed more than once per year.
