Security in the building is really bad - building entrances don’t lock and never get repaired despite multiple maintenance requests to fix them, and packages are stolen daily from the four building lobbies and delivery lockers that were placed in an outdoor unsecured location. The pool has been shut down since a month after I moved in and that was 3 years ago. The gym has machines that are decades old and half of them don’t work. Great building. Terrific staff. Great location. Easy access to the Miracle Mile. Staff is always willing to address the needs of the tenants.

I've lived here for over a year and still haven't seen the swimming pool open.

At the same time, we have been waiting for a reimbursement for around two months.

The building is old and the bare minimum has been invested to maintain it. So expect constant water leaks in hallways, elevators out of order, fire alarms going off at inconvenient hours, and there has been no pool for years.

There’s just always something here. 3 days ago there was a massive leak out of my hallways, caused by workers fixing an apartment. My AC got serviced the same day, and 2 days later I get super scared when it caused an electrical surge and burning smell. Today I hear of another leak in another area of the building. I wouldn’t doubt if there was mold in the walls of this building everywhere with all these leaks. Concerning.
