The building is nice. The front desk and lobby are pretty. I also like the gym and the pool view. I think the carpet for the hallways and the windows need cleaning.

This apartment building is truly a fantastic place to live. The staff is friendly and always responsive, and the amenities are top-tier—like the well-maintained fitness center and beautiful communal spaces. My apartment is spacious, bright, and equipped with high-quality appliances. It’s peaceful, with a strong sense of community, and ideally located close to everything. I’m beyond happy here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great living experience!

Good experience so far… property management very nice. Amenities such as social areas to play pool and ping pong sometimes get very hot because the AC can be high sometimes. The concierge cannot regulate it so that can be a problem. The elevators break down not that often - amazing amenities
