I have only lived here a few weeks but I am loving it! Great location, great value for the price, staff is friendly and helpful! All maintenance requests have been handled promptly. I love the trails along the lake for walking my dog!!

Not terrible but not great either. Parking is an issue and it seems as though they don’t thoroughly inspect the units before renting them out to someone else

The front office staff is generally polite and responsive when it comes to basic inquiries. Move-in was fairly smooth, and they provided all the necessary documentation upfront. Any issues related to billing or leasing were handled with clarity, which I appreciated.
