I've been living here for 5 years, complex and staff are getting better and better, I moved to a bigger apartment a couple months ago and I love it! I love my new home... Ana and Emily helped a lot! We needed maintenance staff to fixed a couple things and they did great! My carpets were brand new, no mold, no stains, no odor. Luis demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and efficiently resolves maintenance issues, reliable and punctual in completing his job. I appreciate it.
I can't... forget to mention the last Halloween event, it was a spectacular, the whole team got into action, they put a lot of dedication and time, my family and I enjoyed it to the fullest. We are happy to be part of Palm trace landings.
