During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities. To access Solterra Resort amenities, HOA charges $35 for parties of 1 to 13 people and $48 for parties of 13 or more. Parking can accommodate up to four vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking spots on the street next to the home, although availability cannot be guaranteed.
Located in Davenport, just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining, and other attractions, everything you need is at your fingertips. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately, with at least a week's notice required. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided.
