Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a two-day minimum, and arrangements should be made 48 hours in advance. Any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning will be charged. Guests will have access to the entire house, and the driveway can accommodate four cars. Watersong Community does not provide overflow parking, and vehicles are limited to garage or driveway space with no street parking. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free of charge upon request, but it must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm.
