Pool heating is unavailable from June to August. The Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is a one-time fee per house per reservation, with $35 for 1-12 guests and $45 for 13+ guests.
Guests staying at Solterra Resort must pay a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to enjoy the community amenities, which include a clubhouse with a lazy river, waterslide, playground, poolside cabanas, Cafe Sol Poolside Bar and Grill, and a resort-style pool with beach-like entry.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. A valid driver's license is required at check-in.
