Welcoming, homey Neighborhood

we started living here a couple months ago and it’s just been so wonderful, when getting the apartment jenny helped us through everything, made the process super easy, there’s always food trucks in the Neighborhood which is so convenient and nice, they also hosted there own pizza party, all of the office representatives are amazing! Plus when ever we need something fixed they come super quick!!

Not pleased with facilities

Amenities doors always broken, kids under 16 breaking equipment and club house, everything is outdated.

Was not pleased

Management does not do diligence of policing amenities as they should. Gate is often broken and just left wide open. When you leave, they will make up reasons to keep your deposit, legitimate or not. Try your options of another apartment complex.

Hello, I am sorry that this was your experience at Victoria Park. We have a Courtesy Officer who has lived on-site for two years and he patrols the amenities daily. Regarding the gates, we strive to fix them urgently any time there is an issue.... Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our vendors. Very comfortable

Very comfortable, I would recomended, the pool its nice its have everythin nearby like supermarket,fastfood,pharmacy,barbershop
