Great location and management staff

When we moved to Florida my main criteria was to be within walking distance of the beach. My husband loves to fish and after touring The Overlook at Daytona in 2023, we both agreed it was the place for us to be. It’s a short drive to my husband workplace; with an 8 minute walk to the beach and 60 second walk to Halifax River. Holly, Christina Rob and rest of the staff are great, responding to all maintenance and other.requests in a timely manner. We are excited about the next chapter of our... stay here and look forward to living on the 6th floor enjoying a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean every day.

Overlook

They have been great since I have lost my husband. Always checking in on me. Very helpful with my lease. Been very helpful every day. I couldn't have asked for a better management team.

Living at The Overlook has been great. Maintenance responds very quick and the staff is very respectful and willing to listen to you and answer any questions you have. The area is nice. The amenities are nice too. Plus it's only a few blocks from the ocean and a rocks throw from the intercoastal.
