Utterly bad bad apartment experience
We have been their residents for more than 1.5 years and recently going to a 2bed apt to a 3 bed apt, it has been our worst experience.
When it was time for our lease to end at the second one, they gave us an express cleaning charge etc and said it automatically went towards our account if we didn't say no to it. However this hadn't happened to us last time we switched apartments with them so that charge came as a shock but when I asked them they were like it has been here for a while but they... didn't tell us last time we moved.
Afterwards we had the worst experience moving into our third unit with them. The water pipe was so rotten that it burst in one of the bathrooms and the entire place flooded on day 1. Before that, they claim to give us the apartment neat and clean but that is so not the case. We had rusted light shades, seepage on the ceilings, paint was bad on a couple of walls, the panels under the kitchen cabinets are torn and look disgusting. It was horrible.
Now they have also put a charge on our account for 'deodorize treatment' for the apartment we moved out from. This is just getting ridiculous now and that charge for $180 makes no sense. We left the apartment in a very good condition, even cleaned up after still having the express cleaning.
Very bad and disappointing honestly with this apartment complex.
