It was extremely difficult to get approved to live here never mind how expensive it is. That all said, one would think the apartment we rented would be in pristine condition. We have been here 30-days and we still have a water leaking from outside in our bathroom, our refrigerator is missing drawers, hardly any of our close doors can close because they were not cut to size properly, and we have found a number of items broken or poorly installed. The location is amazing but the apartment, has... been a bit disappointing to say the least.

I’ve had a great experience living at Regatta so far. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, which makes it feel very welcoming. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, are well-maintained and add real value to the living experience. The location is also ideal, with easy access to nearby shops, dining, and outdoor spaces. The management team, especially Ileana, has been helpful and responsive, which has made the move-in process and any subsequent... needs stress-free. Overall, it’s a great place to live!

Maintenance team is very slow and some of the management team (not all) can be hard to deal with. Additionally, some people don't clean up after their dogs.
