Verified Renter

The apartment itself is nice and spacious but the service is hardly there. Apparently if a service request is too complicated, they will try to hide or ignore the problem. The office is also never available because they are always busy helping prospective residents. They will also raise the rent because apparently they are not allowed to raise it less than 5% every year, even if inflation is not that high, without adding any additional amenities or upgrades to your apartment. It makes you wonder... where all that money is going.
