Unacceptable
Upon moving in the apartment I was given was not clean. The air filter in the unit was beyond filthy and the kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned what so ever. Shortly after moving in I was notified that my cabinets and counter tops would be replaced. The original date for the install was set for Friday March 1st. The complex maintenance team nor did the management office notify me at all that there was a delay in the install. After calling and getting no answer I walked into the front... office, Then I was told the cabinet would get installed on Monday. Again no call no show on Monday March 4th for the install after calling everyday for a week past the original date of install I called the corporate office and the corporate office then got the complex team to show up and install the cabinet. To my disbelief the atrocious Craftsman's ship and extremely dismissive attitude of both the maintenance team and management office left my apartment in a mess and the work was not complete or fulfilled to what I was told. I did not receive new counter tops and the maintenance team removed the bathroom cabinets and did not place the doors or drawers on the bathroom cabinet. While in the process of staining the cabinet,the maintenance team splattered stain all over my kitchen. I attempted to wipe the stain off but it will not come off and I have contact via phone and email to have this issue corrected and they have not contacted me back. I will not be held liable for the damages
