Really like the apartment. However, we’ve had all sorts of issues with getting things fixed. We had a fridge thats icemaker wasn’t working and it took forever to finally get it replaced. The new one was not hooked up properly and has a big scratch on it. Last year they cracked the granite countertop in the kitchen and it has yet to be replaced.
There have been repetitive problems with the garage door being left open for weeks at a time. The concierge service has really changed into more of a... rent a guard. They are not at the desk often there at night. They’re off doing other things. Definitely does not feel nearly as high end as it did when we first rented here.
