Good place with decent amenities and neighbors. The paid parking could be cheaper for what it is especially since there are so many open spots that no one parks in leaving no room for other residents

The leasing staff are great. They are very helpful and always pleasant. If I ever have a maintenance issue they are always on top of it.

The complex is a nice community to live in. I have been there for 3 years and hopeful can renew my lease if the price is good.

Absolutely amazing, better than I could have imagined!!! So quiet, peaceful and clean here and love all the ducks, cats and animals all around, gives me peace of mind of a safe area too!!

Absolutely love living here! Neighbors and entire staff in leasing office are amazing! Almost two years here, and any problems maintence is here in a hurry. Everyone that lives here are respectful. My kids have made tons of friends! Plan on staying for many to come!
