Avoid!
We moved in last year in December, and overall had a terrible experience living here. A few months into living here the management company switched starting a monthly chain of never ending construction projects. They redid the roofing for a good few weeks, repainted all the buildings and redid the parking lot. Each project causing more issues than the last. Specifically when repainting we came home from a weekend trip to see they had placed a large plank of wood on our glass sliding door barring... us from using our balcony for days, and the entire railing was removed essentially leaving a slab of concrete. This was only done on our balcony and was not communicated prior to this happening. The main laundry room was out of order for a 2-3 month span causing us to drag our laundry across the entire property. The water in the building was shut off multiple times a month with no warning, which I can only assume was due to faulty washer and dryers in other units. In September, we had an issue where our trash was not taken for an entire week despite the hefty valet trash fee we paid monthly. It was not until I complained multiple days in a row that it was taken care of. The parking lot construction was a mess, it reduced spots by 50%. Residents were illegally parked making the lot impossible to navigate. At one point they even towed one of our vehicles and were of little assistance in providing information of where to get the car back or why it was towed. We asked for compensation multiple times and were never gotten back to. They also stopped bringing a new air filter to the unit every month with no communication and wanted us to pick it up ourselves but did not notify us of the change. The pool was not up kept in anyway and was dingy and practically unusable. The apartment itself was outdated and dirty. The bathroom shower had mold,mildew and stains I could not remove even with excessive cleaning and bleaching. Overall, I would avoid this place at all costs. There were countless issues we faced that made living there inconvenient and stressful. I felt like I had to constantly go into the office with complaints that was met with no solutions. The two office employees were nice enough but were never helpful in providing information or solutions to any of these issues. I understand how many of these issues were beyond their control but it was hard to be empathetic after the third or fourth issue.
