What a wonderful place to live at I've been here going on 5 years and no place like home they take care of you the maintenance are on your door as soon as you put in an order the girls in the office are so friendly they invite you in with a smile and ready to help you in anything they can go lake severely go one of your best residence much love and hugs thank you so much for making me feel at home

I currently live here, and these are the things that I am paying rent for...the apartment has roaches, termites on the window, and mold that has still to be address after 2 months that it was reported. Just to back up, when I first moved in, I noticed a weird smell inside the unit. I informed the management, however nothing was done. No big deal but then I started noticing mold spurs beneath my counter areas. a maintenance request was put in, and they address it but then I noticed mold on the ac... vent on the ceiling and in one of my closets. Every time it rains that closet floor gets wet and the stain on the wall get bigger. they know about both these issues and have not addressed it. a form had to be signed in order for the company who deals with the mold to come and fix the issue but as of, yet nothing has been done. Oh, I also had a leak coming from the air vent in my rest room my first month of living here. My experience here has been bad, and I can't wait for my lease to be up. don't waste your money. Maintenance service Good morning I was very happy and surprised because the same day I was moving the maintenance came to fix all the things I put in the app that needed to be fix.

Living here for the last 4 years is the best feeling that I've had with an apartment in a long time. This community the maintenance there at your door within 3 minutes of the complaint or not complaint or whatever it is that you need to be done within your apartment the grounds are cleaned the staff is so friendly and makes you feel at home the activities that they do here for us from breakfast too giving out school supplies for the children that's just the way you lake Tivoli really works I... don't want to live anywhere else I'm happy to hear I don't plan to move anytime soon because of the way they treat it here you treated us family understanding come on in this is a great community and I want to thank the staff so much you guys are the best you have the interest of us as soon as we open that front door in your office thank you once again God bless you Read More
