dont bother applying

My wife had begun the application process for a specific apartment this morning.
After I filled out my portion of the (very intrusive) application before noon they claimed they had leased the apartment in question to somebody else in the interim, but offered other, more expensive options.
Very disappointing.
Very unprofessional.

very nice staff and attentive to the needs of the community. Maintenance staff is also very quick on repairs. Have many activities for the residents.

I have truly enjoyed living here so far. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm sense of community. I've had the opportunity to connect with them during casual gatherings and neighborhood events, which has made settling in even more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff is always helpful and attentive, and readily available to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. Their commitment to ensuring residents feel at home adds to my overall positive experience.
