Beautiful place and amazing leasing team!
I went to go look at these apartments and was floored by its cleanliness, homely feel walking the halls, friendly people that were out and about and to make the experience even better, the assistant property manager Eva was warm, gracious, hilarious, knowledgeable and amazing! Moving in soon and can’t wait!

Fantastic apartment complex with great amenities. Apartments have up to date appliances, and spectacular noise cancelation; I chose the Parker at Maitland Station because of its close proximity to the train station, but you'd never know we were a couple feet from a train with how quiet it is!

I been at the Parker just for 2 days everything is clean and organized but too soon for me to say something else. But the apartment was clean and no damage was noticed once I came in . They give you 48 hours to give a report
