Moved in about a week ago and it’s been great so far! From the fun amenities to the kind leasing agents and the wonderful space in the 2/2 apartments. Maintenance was speedy to fix the small things we noticed at move in. Looking forward to the next year :)

Even through minor hiccups the staff has been accommodating , empathetic , gracious and very warm hearted! Eva is amazing at her job and the community is clean and very friendly so far!

I just moved in yesterday and so far I have had a wonderful experience! Sidney has been a wonderful help in getting me settled and having my personal parking spot secured. I’m glad I chose The Parker at Maitland : )
