Stephanie played an integral part in my choosing of Vintage Lake Mary, to call home. Where other complexes were business cold and feigned sincerity, Stephanie exuded warmth and genuine concern. Got my keys today. While being shown to my apartment, we ran into Derek who manages and leads the property. He gave us a warm welcome and assured that he would be there should we need anything. I believe him. Sincerity like this can’t be faked. Good people here. Come see for yourself. Thank you for making... me feel at home.

I’ve been here a short time and I’m enjoying it more day by day! The area is so close to the highway. Everything you might need is within a 10 minute drive. The staff has been fantastic so far. I’m excited to see what the future looks like with Vintage Lake Mary!

Awesome Apartment Complex!

My girlfriend I have been living here for more than a 1 now and love it here! We live in a nice area where everything is close and safe. People at the apartment complex are like family and the amenities great here including gym, grill, pool, and game room. Unfortunately there is no real business center for printing or Desktop use, but there are options to lease offices. The Internet is the only problem we have due to the shared wifi and bot everyone having their own router.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Vintage Lake Mary Apartments! The location is unbeatable—you're just minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, and easy access to major highways, which makes commuting a breeze. The amenities here are fantastic as well. The resort-style pool is perfect for relaxing, the well-maintained fitness center is great for workouts, and the walking paths around the property create a serene, peaceful environment. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean... , and have modern finishes, which makes it feel like home.

The only downside I’ve encountered is the shared WiFi. It tends to be a bit slow, especially during peak hours, which can be frustrating if you need a fast connection. However, this is a minor issue in comparison to all the great features the complex offers. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the overall community vibe is welcoming and quiet.
