Still loving my apartment and the community two years in. Great staff, great neighbors and property kept clean and inviting. Very convenient to I-4 for that daunting commute. Hoping to renew another year, if the price is right.

Leasing team is incredible, super nice and helpful! I love the apartment itself. The property amenities are kept very clean. The grass could be maintained better but besides that, everything else is well taken care of. Apartment is pretty well sound proofed. I can hardly hear anything happening in the halls.

Stephanie played an integral part in my choosing of Vintage Lake Mary, to call home. Where other complexes were business cold and feigned sincerity, Stephanie exuded warmth and genuine concern. Got my keys today. While being shown to my apartment, we ran into Derek who manages and leads the property. He gave us a warm welcome and assured that he would be there should we need anything. I’ve been here a short time and I’m enjoying it more day by day! The area is so close to the highway. Everything you might need is within a 10 minute drive. The staff has been fantastic so far. I’m excited to see what the future looks like with Vintage Lake Mary!
