Great room, apartment, and general area. I'm confused about the lounge schedule sometimes, it's often locked during random times of the day and I can't get a drink.

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the confusion with the lounge schedule. Maintenance opens it when they come in, around 7am, and the courtesy officer closes it at 10pm. Please know that if you are not a resident of the building, you will... need to enter through the glass door of the clubroom as that's the only door the access fob will work for. The other points of entry are considered residential access only. Thank you!

We were scheduled to move in on Jan 1, 2025, however due to closure move date was Jan 2. On the day of move, things were not prepared and scheduled on time. We had issues with registering service dog and timing of receiving welcome package did not happen until almost 3:30. We had a Uhaul reserved and was unable to move things until almost 4:00. It was a very long tedious day.

Personally feel like the apartment complex only cares about money. Maintenance is okay and judgemental. My apartment is flooded with roaches

After reviewing the account, we didn’t find any unwarranted charges and see that we previously extended a late fee forgiveness as a... gesture of good faith. We hope this reflects our commitment to caring for our residents and prioritizing their well-being beyond revenue.
Regarding the pest concerns, we did send a helpful sanitation letter a few months ago because we noticed the apartment’s condition could contribute to pest issues. We highly recommend following the advice in that letter to help prevent further concerns. Additionally, we offer weekly pest control services, and if needed, you can request a full flush-out via the resident portal. We can also arrange for maintenance to perform a one-time cleaning behind your oven and fridge, though regular upkeep of these areas is key to maintaining a clean home.

Amazing place to live!
I’ve been living here for a little under a year and I absolutely love it. The apartment and the complex are amazing and the staff (especially maintenance) literally show up once you submit a work order 10 mins later.
