i love living here, its been such a great experience! the staff is so helpful and friendly! the maintenance team handles the property and the apartments with cares so much!

Vintage is so nice, they’re constantly making improvements every single day. They keep the community and amenities so nice and clean! A great place to live!

A big thank you to the maintenance crew at Vintage Winter Park Apartments for always going above and beyond to keep the property spotless. Every day, I see them picking up pet waste, pressure washing, blowing leaves, and even cleaning the electric grills. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference.
Trash is picked up promptly, and the landscaping is well cared for—something I never experienced at previous properties with more landscaping to manage. The... maintenance team here truly sets a high standard, and I really appreciate their hard work in keeping the community looking great!

I just wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am for the outstanding maintenance service at Vintage Winter Park Apartments. Having lived at four different properties in the past, I can confidently say that this community is by far the best when it comes to maintaining the property and addressing issues promptly.
One of the things that stands out to me is how quickly they address gate repairs. In my previous apartments, the gates were often left broken for extended periods of time. At... one place, the gate stayed broken for over a year, and the office kept saying they were waiting on corporate approval. Here, at Vintage Winter Park, they always repair the gates as soon as possible and keep residents informed throughout the process. They are incredibly transparent about the situation, and I really appreciate how quickly repairs are approved and handled.
The only times we've had to wait for a repair here were related to the vendor delays, but even then, the office kept us in the loop. They provided us with the name of the companies they were working with which gave us the option to contact them directly to verify any updates. This level of transparency and communication really sets this community apart from the others.
I feel very well taken care of here, and it’s such a relief to live in a place where the management team genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of its residents. I highly recommend Vintage Winter Park Apartments to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained community!
