Terrible

The place is no longer like it was three years before. The elevators break a lot, parking is difficult. They are accepting many people in an apartment. They increase the rent a lot. There is loud music in the pool area and garbage thrown everywhere. It's a shame that such a nice place is like this with this new management.

El lugar ya no es como lo era tres anos antes. Los elevadores se rompen mucho , el parqueo es dificil. Estan aceptando muchas personas en un apartamento. Aumentan la renta... mucho .Hay musica alta en el area de la piscina y basura tirada por todos lados. Es una pena que un lugar tan lindo este asi con esta nueva administracion.

Worst apartment I’ve lived in

Well it didn’t start out this way when I moved in 4 years ago with a different company owning the complex it was great. Great employees very friendly and clean all around. Now the new company that owns it do nothing for the tenants and jack your rent up 200+ dollars every year. It’s a joke and to make things worse they now allow section 8 housing which has done nothing but brought in tenants who do not care about the complex because they rent for have the price and trash the place. Long story... short don’t waste your time find somewhere different cause the employees act nice but do nothing to help. Steer clear just a friendly warning.
