Top notch front office staff and apartment maintenance was quick to come when needed. Amenities are nice and always clean and the apartment was in great condition when I moved in.

My faucet in the kitchen does not work. It is very loose. I put in a work order. That work order is complete, but yet the faucet is not fixed.
I also put in a work order for my icemaker because it’s not making ice. The maintenance people said it’s been completed. The icemaker is still not making ice.
Having buyers remorse moving here. I can say that for sure.

The Management and Maintenance staff are very courteous and professional. My renter neighbors are friendly and extend themselves if you have questions.

Typical apartment complex. Groundskeeping around the buildings is terrible. Even before the recent hurricanes. Charges for recycling where everything ends up in a landfill anyway because of total non-management by manager. Mandatory insurance & cable companies. Unnecessary charges for garbage collection, etc.
