I had an extremely disappointing experience living at this apartment complex. The management is consistently unresponsive and unprofessional, making even the smallest issues a nightmare to deal with. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks if not months, and communication from the office is practically nonexistent. The building is roach-infested, and despite multiple complaints, management has done little to address the issue. I’ve found roaches in my kitchen, bathroom, and even in my... bedroom making it impossible to feel comfortable in my own home that I am paying for, and never later. On top of that, there’s a severe mold problem in the bedroom, THEY claim they fixed the issue coming from upstairs, but the BLACK on the wall comes back. Not only does this create a health hazard, but the smell is unbearable, and it seems to spread no matter how much you clean. The lack of proper care and attention to these issues reflects the poor management of the entire property. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to live here. If you’re considering this place, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This place has a black mold problem that staff ignoreseven after a year of complaining. Roaches everywhere and we are clean tenants. BUYER BEWARE!!

There is no where else to park so i parked in the future resident parking and i wake up to a tow notice at my own apartment complex the management and maintenance was very rude instead of saying sorry or something they just kept repeating themselves saying i have to move the car by 8am even though there is no where else to park

I just moved in and it’s really clean on the inside. The new management team is great cause I put in request and they are done in a reasonable time frame. They are also patient and understanding. So far so good. The only con is people playing loud music and being loud outside 2 & 3 in the morning when people have to work the next morning.
