Requested a fix regarding shower drain issue. Jose responded same day and repaired the issue. Jose was very nice, polite and respectful. I hope Jose responds every time I need assistance. He represents Cortland with the utmost professionalism and respect.

Ustedes lo pidieron que corriera la voz sobre mi experiencia en nuestra comunidad.
1° Tenemos una Administración inoperante.
2° No podemos disfrutar de las aereas comunes, ni mucho menos del Club House ya que hay restricciones para su uso.
3° El equipo de Mantenimiento solo se puede contar con personas cómo Pedro Castilla para quien hay que quitarse el sombrero ya que todos los trabajos ejecutados pir son de altísimo Calidad y siempre un trabajo limpio.
Además no podemos dejar nombrar a otro... trabajador de Calidad JOSE quien en días atrás nos hizo un servicio sobre la Alarma.
Sobre esos dis (2)trabajadores mis respeto y felicitaciones por tan limpio trabajo de calida.
