Solstice Apartments

The title says it all! Been a resident here for a couple of weeks so far and this is one of the few properties my roommate and I fell head over heels for. Although they are understaffed as of writing this, everyone on staff is super nice and acts like they care about their property and residents. Maintenance is super responsive and timely, everyone answered my questions, and I could gush about the amenities. Thank you, Solstice!

They don't care! They only want your money. nothing else.

I Loved staying at Solstice. The Barista is amazing. You have everything a fitness center would have and more. I never had to use my vehicle because grocery, clothing and dinning are all near by and walkable.

Solstice signature Apartments in Orlando has by far been one of the most delightful places that I have lived in the state of Florida. I have had the opportunity to meet new and amazing people but I've also had the great honor of creating great memories with the entire Solstice staff. Due to the pandemic my stay at solstice might come to an end but I know and understand that this matter is just simply out of their hands & I will not leave without saying, THANK YOU for caring, THANK YOU... for going further than what others would have gone. Leasing consultants are super friendly, eager to serve and have created a family originated community. We have many community events such as Watch parties, social media contest, and festive spirit activities. Maintenance team is super professional and very responsive. The community is also very clean and safe.
