When we visited the community the first time, we loved it. It was quiet, clean, and peaceful. The apartment we looked at was spacious and the monthly rent was exactly what we were looking for in the area. Fast forward to ten months later, and I wish I would’ve never made the decision to live here. First of all, the apartments they lease are not ready. There’s maintenance issues often. In these short ten months, we’ve had A/C leaks, refrigerator problems, water issues, etc. The maintenance staff… and leasing agents are nice, but the management team is garbage. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t try to accommodate you, they don’t give a crap about what problems you may have. And they get away with it because they know you’re tied to a lease and it’s not that easy to just pack and move out when you have a family. I don’t recommend this community at all. Very disappointed with this rental community. The leasing agents are very nice and helpful, but there are obviously serious issues with the maintenance of the place. We moved here less than 3 weeks ago. The water in the building we live in has been shut off two times already without any notice: Once on a Wednesday during the day, and once on a Sunday morning until the afternoon. This could be something that doesn’t happen often and just bad timing/luck. The refrigerator in the apartment had a… part inside that’s used as a shelf that had been poorly glued to the door and broke the minute we tried to place groceries inside. I asked for someone to come and look at it. They came two days later and replaced it with an older part that has stains, and left it completely unattached, so I’m unable to use that part of the fridge. The garbage disposal had a rotten odor coming out the first time we attempted to use it. They also claimed to have fixed that, but the odor is still coming out of there. I’ve had to ask multiple times to have these things fixed and still nothing. One of the outlets in the master bedroom is also not working. The people who lived here did not have good higiene. They left hairs everywhere in the bathrooms and kitchen, and the maintenance people painted the cabinets and walls over the hairs. It’s pretty disgusting. Now we’re stuck here for a year. All these things have happened and we’ve been here not even a month. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The parking is another issue. There is never parking near our building. It is close to everything . Public is across street . Great pizza alao next to Publix. Like every home there are issues from time to time like ?? ants or appliance issues but i must say that when I report something to the office , they answer quickly . Rudy and Solangel are very kind , answer the phone in great mood and they make you feel like they are going to help you . They don’t… make you feel like if you are bothering them . They always resolve everything fast . Management is really efficient and profesional and very friendly .
I just wanted to share my experience , hopefully can help to other people .

I have lived here for just over a year and love it!!!! All of the Staff is pleasant. I really never have any problems with my apartment but in the event that I have, they are very quick to fix the issue. It is nice and quiet as well as they keep the property and landscape very clean and nice looking.
