A battlefield for tenants
I’ve lived here since the end of 2018 and have had a lot of issues back and forth and only there out of convenience until an opportunity comes up. They don’t care about you here and you’re just another number. Regardless of having an outdated apartment and things falling apart, every time you renew your lease expect that rent to go up! Other than that, parking is a major issue hence my subject line above. There’s not enough parking to satisfy the occupancy of their actual tenants and watch out... if you have neighbors that have multiple vehicles that they don’t use as those cars will stay parked in convenient spots closer to the building. Also, prepare if there’s random guests that come over (which it’s not their fault) but yes, they can also impact you and lead you to park far from your building. Lastly, living closer to the canal is a trap as it’s the home of the wild ducks. Between my wife and I we both have new cars and they’ve both already been damaged due to their massive droppings that occur over night and burn in to the paint. The hood of my car looks like a Dalmatian with all
The spots that have burnt it from the duck droppings. So it’s a lose lose when it comes to the parking and when you email them about parking issues/suggestions they don’t care. You’re just another number and they’re waiting for you to move out so they can start with someone new. Take it from me my family and I are trying to get out of here ASAP I despise this place.

We're sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction at Jacaranda Village. The ducks are natural / seasonal. Although we tried a deterrent last year, it didn't work for very long. If you'd like to discuss any of your concerns in detail, please call me at... 215-887-8400. Thank you. ~ Jill Greco, Regional Manager
