Fountain Villas Apartments

Our apartment was missing an patio screen door and 1.5 weeks after move in, we still don't have one. The apartment also smells terribly of cigarette smoke and there were butts of cigars and Marijuana in the window silks. Supposed to be no smoking in these apartments yet our clothes and furniture all now are impermeable with smoke smell. My throat is scratchy and burns, I'm congested and am suffering from headaches. A week abd a half later and we are still having to live in an unhealthy situation... . Top that with the mold in the vents and mildew smell in all cabinets and closets. The apartment was not cleaned and very disgusting. And the icing on the cake is the roach problem. For the amount of money we are paying, these should never be issues. i love the apartment and the area! the only issue like most apartments is maintenance. we waited about a week for our dishwasher to be fixed but when i went down to the office to ask i had someone come up the same day. i definitely enjoy living here over all

The staff were all amazing and welcoming and helpful in every way to make move in a breeze. Jenny made everything very easy for us and helped answer any questions we had

Amazing facilities and the staff is very professional and kind. The facilities are very clean and the amenities. Apartments are spacious and clean

Well, we haven't spent much time in the residence, but in general terms the whole place looks nice and we hope to fit in very well as residents.
