Well, we haven't spent much time in the residence, but in general terms the whole place looks nice and we hope to fit in very well as residents.

**Overpriced & Poorly Maintained – Moving Out After 5 Years**

After five years, we’re finally leaving Fountain Villas due to its decline. Rent is far too high for outdated appliances, crumbling cabinets, and old countertops. The smell of weed is constant, yet management won’t enforce policies—except against harmless patio décor, even if you've had it for years. The quality of tenants has noticeably dropped, making the community less enjoyable. Amenities are a joke; the clubhouse is only open... during work hours, and the pool is regularly closed due to failing pumps that management refuses to replace. What was sold as a luxury experience has become frustrating and disappointing. The only positive is the office staff, who are professional and helpful, but even they can't make up for the property's neglect. If you're considering moving here, don't. There are far better places for your money. Lee mas

Fountain Villas has been an amazing place to live. They have all the things I was looking for in an apartment. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

My son and I have had a very good experience here. The community is very nice and we have been enjoying the events! Also we enjoy the clubhouse and gym!
