Our experience at Tides at Waterside has been absolutely wonderful so far! We ran into some communication gaps in the beginning, but we were able to get everything sorted out and the office staff were empathetic and professional through their mistake. We are so thankful to call Tides home. It’s so quiet and peaceful here.

The Tides is a great place to live, although parking is a little more complicated. Everytime I come back to my place, I can never find parking close by- I wish they had more parking spots.

Great community style, fantastic maintenance staff, bug infestation is absolutely horrendous due to untreated lake that the community is dragging out having to treat.
