Just moved in & it's so beautiful . Everyone in the office has been super great ! Can't wait to get in the pool & relax & ride my bike around the area . very convenient to get to the UTC mall as well as beaches are close .

The worst and rudest Leasing I've ever seen and I've been living in apartment's all of my life.
We can't be sick with a cold without getting a smoking notice from the Clowns at the Leasing because we're coughing.
I heard someone coughing the last time I went to the Leasing office.
Now I'm telling you 'Smoking is not allowed on the property'.
The Property management company needs to get people here that know what they're doing!!!

Our experience at Tides at Waterside has been absolutely wonderful so far! We ran into some communication gaps in the beginning, but we were able to get everything sorted out and the office staff were empathetic and professional through their mistake. We are so thankful to call Tides home. It’s so quiet and peaceful here.
