Roaches, homeless people, trash, water damage, understaffed... need I continue? No one answers calls or emails at the front desk, screens are still ripped from pre-hurricane maintenance (over half a year), gates have been broken for over 3 years, people dump trash at the front entrance, homeless people dumpster-dive at night on the property, and maintenance requests go unresolved for months at a time. I am very disappointed.
