Roaches, homeless people, trash, water damage, understaffed... need I continue? No one answers calls or emails at the front desk, screens are still ripped from pre-hurricane maintenance (over half a year), gates have been broken for over 3 years, people dump trash at the front entrance, homeless people dumpster-dive at night on the property, and maintenance requests go unresolved for months at a time. I am very disappointed.

Nice Community with all basic Features
Couple of Issues,A lot of Roaches and Worst Internet Facilities
Any Maintenance Activity are worse , which needs to be addressed

Environment Not good to stay and it’s not secure of Mail box and Amazon/Target etc any time of deliverables.
Worst Internet service
Maintenance Request, you have to do multiple follow ups.

Nice neighborhood for the most part. Peaceful and beautiful scenery with the lakes and wild life. Staff in office are excellent. Maintenance does take a while to get orders in after new company swapped. No issues really beside some noise level but that’s typical in apartments
