Lovely and nice staff the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The area is clean and close to many food places. It is close to fsu and about 10 minutes from famu. The workers are always willing to help the residents and go out of their way to make sure you have a nice time.

Not a problem with the staff, maintenance tries to stay on top of everything, you get what you pay for. The actual apartment isn't that bad, neighbors can get a little annoying and throw trash everywhere. It gets picked up though.

Just need my fan fixed but overall it's good. Me and my roommate love our apartment but there's some things we put in maintenance request for and it didn't get fixed yet
