so far not that good. we have been assigned a wornout apartment, the door locks are broken, carpet is dirty and there was mold is the bathroom.

For my first off campus apartment with the low rent it was good. The staff isn’t that nice and the maintenance does not really take care of things so I will be moving out after my lease is up.

It has been fairly good apart from sm
all issues that that maintenance team is now addressing. The general area is a mess especially the fridge when that is taken care of everything will be good.

Nice place to live, really comfy, and have a lot of space. I just wish there were more social events and they could fix all the gym machines.

I enjoy staying at the social seminole! I do wish the mail had a little more organization but overall all the staff is friendly. The neighborhoods pricing is great as well!
