Staff does a good job at trying to address any issues. Is difficult to get maintenance to complete a work order without putting it in multiple times though.

Moving into Social Seminole Apartments was an overall great experience. The leasing process was straightforward, On move-in day, the apartment was clean and prepared, which made settling in much easier. The community feels lively yet peaceful, and the facilities, such as the gym are well-kept and accessible.

The location is also a highlight close to campus and surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants, making day-to-day living very easy. The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully... designed, providing a comfortable space to relax and work.

Good. I cant collect my parcel as soon as it gets delivered which sucks but other than that its good. They do respond to maintenance requests they take time though.
