I enjoy my apartment very much. I’ve had no issues regarding living here :) I would say though, neighbors aren’t as neat with placing their trash in the dumpsters outside. However, the Osprey maintenance/landscapers do an excellent job with trying to keep the neighborhood clean. I just wish they didn’t have clean behind competent people.

Wonderful staff and community. Apartments are clean and up to date. Pet friendly and there is plenty of parking. Close to many stores and restaurants.

So far everything been great , very quiet. Haven’t actually stayed in my unit yet but so far no complaints. Everything is clean. Destiniee the lady in leasing was very friendly

I love the look of my apartment but my first day here was a bit upsetting. While moving in my neighbors got into a dispute and during their argument my daughter almost got hit with a rock. After moving in I found that my ceiling is leaking water and the tile on the roof collapsed. At night I attempted to take a shower only to find that I have no hot water and finally someone attempted to break into my car in the middle of the night. During the tour it appeared to LOOk like a beautiful... neighborhood but now I’m wondering what I might have gotten myself into.
