So far everything been great , very quiet. Haven’t actually stayed in my unit yet but so far no complaints. Everything is clean. Destiniee the lady in leasing was very friendly

I love the look of my apartment but my first day here was a bit upsetting. While moving in my neighbors got into a dispute and during their argument my daughter almost got hit with a rock. After moving in I found that my ceiling is leaking water and the tile on the roof collapsed. At night I attempted to take a shower only to find that I have no hot water and finally someone attempted to break into my car in the middle of the night. During the tour it appeared to LOOk like a beautiful... neighborhood but now I’m wondering what I might have gotten myself into. Lee mas

I have lived here going on 5 years. Besides all the noise from constant renovations every year and parking issues that have gotten better, I have no complaints.

The Osprey Apartments are an exceptional place to call home, and a big part of that is due to the outstanding management led by Asia. She truly does a wonderful job running this place, always ensuring that residents feel valued and taken care of. From handling inquiries with professionalism to keeping the community well-organized, her dedication is evident in every interaction. Asia fosters a sense of community and genuinely goes above and beyond to meet the needs of all residents.

The... maintenance team is equally impressive, with Franklin standing out for his meticulous approach to apartment repairs. No issue is too small for him, and he always makes sure that repairs are completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Whether it's a quick fix or a more involved repair, Franklin and the rest of the team consistently provide top-tier service. The care and attention to detail throughout the entire complex make the Osprey Apartments a truly enjoyable and comfortable place to live.
