WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT?
The deposit is the same as 1 month's rent. Must be paid to hold the property for up to 3 weeks.
WHAT ARE THE MOVE IN COSTS?
First month, along with your security deposit and a pet fee if applicable. All move in fees must be paid in full before you can move in and brought to the office in form of cashiers check or money order only.
approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market. Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable.

Most of our rentals allow pets. They must be full grown and spayed/neutered. Breed restrictions apply and there is non refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet . Monthly fee of $35 .
