Viví por más de un año en la propiedad. Excelente trato y gestión en la oficina con la Manager Yessica, las condiciones de los apartamentos muy buenas, nunca hubo problemas con los parqueos y los de mantenimiento son súper atentos y serviciales, resolvieron todo lo q necesite arreglar mientras estuve ahí, complacida con el lugar súper recomendado

We've lived here a few years and this year we will not be renewing our lease due to gradual changes for the worse. They've raised the rent, added pet fees, and made insurance a requirement. The laundry room near our unit is always out of order/closed lately. The gym has had 2 out of 3 treadmills out of service for well over a year. Our new neighbors make noise and smoke which we can smell through our AC. Finally, if you are even a single day late paying rent you can expect to pay exorbitant fees... . Baywater is a nice place to live and employees are very nice. However after three years of being here they raised: rent quite a bit, added a monthly pet fee and made renters insurance mandatory. With the increases made all at once we decided to look for a more affordable place to live.

This is a quite, clean, moderate apt complex with efficient floor plans that include units that include washer and dryer units within walking distances or short drives to major banks, Verizon, Target, Loews, Publix, Walmart,Walgreen, Sushi and other well known fast food locals and convenience stores, auto service centers and the Citrus Park Mall. Well kept grounds, scenic pond, gazebo cookout stations; pool and small workout center in an unknown surprisingly care free secure living oasis in the... midst of bustling area.
