Frustrating and Unsustainable Living Conditions
I’ve been a resident at Legacy Encore since February 2023, and my experience has become increasingly frustrating and unsustainable. The fire alarm system goes off at random times with alarming frequency, disrupting my work and creating serious safety concerns. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year, yet it seems no permanent solution has been found. As a result, many residents seem to have become desensitized to the alarms, which is extremely concerning in the event of a real emergency... .
On top of that, the Wi-Fi has been unreliable, with frequent outages lasting hours at a time over the past several months. This has made working from home nearly impossible. Despite these ongoing disruptions, there has been no reimbursement, and management is reportedly still negotiating with Spectrum for compensation that seems unlikely to materialize.
I understand that the on-site management team is doing what they can, but it’s clear they’re constrained by decisions from higher-ups. Whether the delays in addressing these issues are due to budget cuts or other priorities, it’s unacceptable that residents are left to deal with the consequences. The situation has become increasingly untenable, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to others.

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for all our residents, so we're disappointed to know that we didn't meet your... expectations. We have been able to keep Spectrum accountable for improper fiber line placement in a construction site and have worked with all parties for a permanent solution where the lines have been moved. It has been a successful repair to the lines and no other outages have occurred since. We have sent out email correspondence through each step of the way and even provided a credit for the inconvenience, which will populate on your next month's ledger. Our team is dedicated to addressing any issues promptly, and we regret if you felt this wasn't the case. We understand your frustrations and we'll certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continually work to improve our resident experience.
