NOVEL Beach Park by Crescent Communities Apartments

The move-in experience was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The common areas and amenities are top notch and the apartment finishes are very high quality. I truly enjoy calling this place home.

Very unique design with this building, the esthetic gives a premium feel. Very well designed. The apartments are pretty decent sized and also well laid out and the water view is a cool perk. We are very close to some shopping places, the nice mall and like 3 minutes from publix.

I love the location of this property, it’s conveniently located where im close enough to everything but also still outside of the chaos. Its a quiet building and the amenities are amazing. I recently had to move into another unit because of a lease break i initiated then changed my mind on, and Gisselle and Nicole were so helpful and accommodating in getting me the unit i wanted and moved in when i needed. Moving in was a breeze! The process was super smooth, and the staff made everything easy. Niya and Alex were incredibly kind and helpful—great customer service from start to finish. The complex itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Difficult leasing process, our leasing agent was out for weeks on end and nobody fulfilled her duties while she was absent so things were ignored. The building is nice so we are hoping the leasing process isn’t a precursor to our experience here.
