I love living in this apartment complex. The apartments are very spacious and roomy. The garage is great, because you never have to get wet or in the cold when going in and out of your apartment. That is worth a lot. Lots of space for storage, large balconies and very good upkeep of the property grounds. The office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional and understanding. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at The Preserve!

The maintenance crew is always prompt and courteous when fulfilling a work order. The complex could use some more residence activities and a variety of food trucks other than bbq.

management does not care to help resolve issues. good luck getting in touch with anyone at the office, they will just ignore you. lots of noise pollution in between units.
