We have loved living here, when we moved there were several maintenance issues that needed taken care of but Kathy made sure the maintenance guys were quick to come and get those things fixed for us. There also were more fees with rent than we were told so expect for it to cost about $30 more than the listed price per month. Other than that we have enjoyed living here!

It's a nice place.. but rent is way too high, and I don't think it should be going up anymore. I think rent prices should stay consistent, especially for long time tenants

We love it here. The property is well maintained. The office staff are phenomenal (Savanna and Kathy are wonderful)! Everything from maintenance to communication to noise complaints have improved significantly in the last 8 months!

Well I really don’t like how the community don’t offer a play park for the kids. People don’t pick up behind their dogs either some times it smells so bad for me to come out the door… The things I love about the community everyone is friendly for the most part

Kathy and Madison made us feel at home. Can’t wait to move in!
